One of our Carpet Cleaning Consultants will visit you in your own home to survey your carpets, upholstery and soft furnishings. This will enable the consultant to test a particular stain prior to treatment. He can also discuss a convenient time and indicate a cost and time scale in completing the cleaning of your carpets or upholstery with minimal fuss or disturbance. |

| On tough stains the consultant may wish to apply a pre-treatment which can go to work prior to the main carpet cleaning process. He can also answer any questions that you may have and in particular you will be assured that he has been fully briefed on the job to assure a satisfactory result. |
