| To reduce our carbon footprint we source our products from local suppliers. All products come in recyclable containers/cartons. We buy in sufficient quantity to minimise journeys. Waste solutions are responsibly disposed of. |

| Machinery and non essential items are regularly unloaded from our vehicles to reduce vehicle weight. Where multiple jobs are to be done in the same day, these are planned together to reduce mileage. |

| Carpet cleaning equipment, vehicles etc are regularly maintained to ensure optimum performance and reduce any energy wastage. |

| We regularly attend training causes to keep up to date and informed. We have a good dialogue with our customers, some of whom want, to deal with companies that share their green values. |
